To find the failing cell or cells, we first test the voltage level and then the capacity of each individual cell.

The Repair Process


The cells that failed are then exchanged for ones with a minimum 5.0ah capacity.

Reconditioning Process

 

 The hybrid battery is then attached to a device that repeatedly charges, discharges, and balances each individual cell to remove depressions and restore diminished capacity.
